Payment Options

The City of Coahoma offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents.

Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment Online

If you’ve got an established account with any department in the City, you can pay your bills right here with no stamps, envelopes, checks, or trips to town. Just click on the Pay Your Bill Now button (to the right or below). 

You can use your MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER or American Express credit card. You can also pay with PayPal which allows you to set up payments from your checking account or a credit or debit card. It’s easy to get started. If you’ve never registered before, registration is fast and convenient. 

You’ll need the following:

• Name as it appears on your bill, your billing address
• Account Number as it appears on your bill
• Email Address
• You’ll create your own Personal User Name and Password.

When completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that you are now registered. Once registered, all you’ll need is your user name and password to access your account.

This is a Convenience Fee based service. The convenience fee is collected by a third party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment web site. The City does not collect any of the Convenience Fee. You can calculate the convenience fee once you have clicked the Pay Your Bill Now button and BEFORE you make any payment. The City does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this website as that process is entirely handled by PayPal through its secure payment processing portal.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
